Equitas Small Finance Net Banking Registration

You must have a savings or current account with Equitas Small Finance Bank, and your KYC must be completed before you can register for net banking. So here is how to register:

  1. Navigate to the official website of Equity Small Finance Bank.
  2. Click on the Internet Banking section.
  3. Click on the sign-up for Internet Banking.
  4. Click on the New User Registration.
  5. You had 3 options for registration: Aadhar OTP-based, debit card-based, and Mobile and email.
  6. Fill out the registration form.
  7. Choose your credential information
  8. Then submit it.

Mobile & Email Registration

Here are the given instructions to register with Mobile and E-mail:

  1. Enter Customer ID, mobile number, email, and DOB.
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile.
  3. Set 3 security questions.
  4. Choose your User ID and password.

Aadhaar OTP-Based Registration

Here are the given instructions to register with Aadhaar OTP based:

  1. Enter your Customer ID, mobile number, and DOB.
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile.
  3. Set 3 security questions (you’ll use these for future verification).
  4. Create your User ID and password.

That’s it. You can now log in and do all banking transactions online using your new User ID and password.

Note: Keep your security questions and answers safe; you’ll need them if you ever forget your password.

Debit Card-Based Registration

Here are the given instructions to register with a Debit Card-Based:

  1. Enter Customer ID, debit card number, and PIN.
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile.
  3. Set 3 security questions.
  4. Choose a User ID and password.

If you forget your login or transaction password, don’t worry. Equitas Small Finance Bank doesn’t allow password reset by email or phone request for security reasons. But you can reset it online yourself.

  1. Go to the net banking login page.
  2. Click on Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your Customer ID and registered mobile number.
  4. Answer the security questions you set during registration.
  5. Complete 2-factor authentication (OTP will be sent to your mobile).
  6. Set a new password.
