- They’ll look at everything, name, category, existing brands, etc.
- If they find issues, the next step is to object.
Objected
- What it means: The Officer found a problem or wants clarification.
- You have to reply with answers/proof within 30 days.
- If you don’t reply, the application might get refused or abandoned.
Refused or Abandoned
Advertised before accepted
- What it means: The trademark is published in the Trademark Journal, but not fully accepted yet.
- Anyone from the public can object within a few months.
Accepted and Advertised
