However, we do offer pro-rata refunds if you are unhappy with any of our services.

What is the Refund Policy?
If you are un-happy with our services, we will issue a refund based on the unused term-period. To prevent misuse of the refund service, an amount equivalent to one month of service fees will be retained. For example, if you request a refund at the end of 2 months. You will be issued a refund for 9 months’ worth of service fees. We usually process a refund within 7 days, but it can take upto 3 weeks in certain circumstances.
