  7. Fill in your details: name, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar number, address, or upload a photo and documents
  8. Double-check everything and click “Submit”.

After submission:

  • The verification process starts.
  • If approved, your Voter ID card will be sent by speed post to your address in 12 to 20 days.

Note: If you already have a voter ID and want to correct details or update your address, fill out Form 8 on the same site.

Offline Method for Voter ID Registration

If you're not confident online, no worries. Here's how to do it offline:

  1. Visit your nearest Electoral Registration Office (ERO) (You can also ask your local Booth Level Officer - BLO).
  2. Ask for two copies of Form 6.
  3. Fill out the form with your personal details, Aadhaar, and address info, or attach a passport-size photo and document copies

  5. Submit the form to the officer directly or post it to your area’s electoral office.
